Description of items:
"Mint" = Unused, never hinged.
"Used" = Postally cancelled.
"MLH" = Mint Lightly Hinged.
"MH" = Mint Hinged (possibly heavy hinged).
"CTO" = Cancelled to Order.
"FDI" = First Day of Issue.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We offer 2 direct payment methods through our website:

DEBIT or CREDIT CARD PAYMENT directly through our secure and encrypted payment processor powered by Stripe.

PAYPAL PAYMENT - we use PayPal Express which means it takes you directly to your account and no forms to complete.

We do not have access to your payment details at any time during your purchase with any of our payment methods. 
 

MPORTANT: if the Out of Office message is active (it will display during the Checkout process).
You must read and accept our Terms & Conditions before your order is allowed to proceed past the payment stage.
The Terms & Conditions will inform you of the earliest date that we can prepare and dispatch your order upon our return to the office.
Omitting this step will not allow your order to continue to full completion.

It is also possible to place an order to secure your items and request a Payment Invoice during our Out of Office periods or if you experience a problem at any time during the payment process - instructions can be found on our FAQs page.

If your payment is not received within the specified period, one reminder will be sent. Failure to pay after this will result in your order being cancelled and you will not be offered this option again in the future.
SHIPPING COSTS
Delivery costs are calculated based on the overall order value and are banded by total price. The delivery charge will be calculated at the Checkout, before you confirm your order.

Please Note: International orders do not include any VAT, Duty or Taxes and as such you may be liable for these charges as your order enters your country.

Items dispatched to India, China and Russia/Russian Federation are subject to an additional charge for Registered Mail service at all times due to unreliable postal services in these areas. Postage costs will be displayed prior to making payment when you reach the Checkout Page of the website.
