Cyprus Stamps Issues List (Preliminary) for 2025, includes Turkish Cyprus stamps issues.

Cyprus Stamps and North Cyprus Stamps - Preliminary Issues Info 2025.

Please be aware release dates, the number of issues and order of issue - are always subject to change.

Below, please find the details below for the initial planned stamp release programme by the Cyprus Post Office for 2025 and Turkish Cyprus (north Cyprus) stamp issues for 2025.

Please note: both lists are always subject to change and we endeavour to post updated details as and when we are notified.

Republic of Cyprus stamps 2025 - Preliminary Issues List.

 

Once the complete list of 2025 issues have all been released by the Cypriot postal authority, we will list them as Complete Year Sets for purchase.

Republic of Cyprus stamps 2024 - Complete Issues List.

Below are the issue dates for the Cyprus stamps as released during 2024.

22 February 2024: IN STOCK ON THE WEBSITE.
a) “100 Years of the Greek Gymnasium of Famagusta” and  "80 years of SEK 1944 – 2024". Comprising one stamp each.

In addition: The "Refugee stamp reprint 2024”.

5 April 2024: IN STOCK ON THE WEBSITE.
b) "Cyprus Scouts Association Centenary Overprint" (this stamp was originally issued in January 2013).

2 May 2024: IN STOCK ON THE WEBSITE (both stamp issues.)
a) "Europa 2024 – Underwater Fauna & Flora".
The above issue will consist of two stamps and a booklet containing a strip of  4 sets of stamps (8 stamps). This is the common theme adopted by the European Postal Organization (POSTEUROP) .  

b) "Olympic Games – Paris 2024”. Comprising four stamps.

10 July 2024: IN STOCK ON THE WEBSITE - 16 August 2024.
a ) Common issue with countries of Euromed Postal “Sports in the Mediterranean” - comprising one stamp.
b) “50 years of Turkish Invasion”. Comprising one stamp.

 
9 October 2024: IN STOCK ON THE WEBSITE - 31 October 2024.
a) "60 Years of Social Insurance". A single stamp.
b) "800 Years since the awarding of Commandaria". One miniature sheet.
c) “150 years Anniversary of the Universal Postal Union (UPU)". Comprising one stamp.

Three individual stamp issues, available as: MINT, CTO/USED and on Post Office Official FDC. The 2 single stamps for Social Insurance and UPU will also be available on Cyprus Stamps website in sheets of 8 stamps.


18 November 2024: IN STOCK ON THE WEBSITE - 9 December 2024.
 a) “Christmas 2024”. Comprising three stamps.

In addition three maximum cards will be available.


As always, once we have received the full issues for the whole of the year, the *Full Year Sets* will be listed on Cyprus Stamps website.
 
Our "Year Sets" exclude any Booklets, which are always available to purchase separately - (subject to availability).

The face value of all the stamps will be communicated at a later date.

First Day Covers (Post Office Official) of all the above issues, except the Refugee stamp reprint - will be released at the same time.

North Cyprus / Turkish Cyprus Stamps 2024
Complete Issues List 

Below are the issue dates for the north Cyprus (Turkish Cypriot) stamps as released during 2024.

6 March 2024: IN STOCK  ON THE WEBSITE - 2 April 2024.
a) 60th Anniversary of Cyprus Turkish Post Office.

2 April 2024: IN STOCK ON THE WEBSITE.
b) Anniversaries / Yıl Dönümleri.

6 May 2024: IN STOCK ON THE WEBSITE.
c) EUROPA Underwater Fauna and Flora.

24 June 2024: IN STOCK ON THE WEBSITE (16 JULY 2024).
d) 2024 Paris Olympics.
e) UEFA European Football Championship.
 
19 July 2024: IN STOCK ON THE WEBSITE (12 AUGUST 2024).
f) 50th Anniversary of the Cyprus Peace Operation.

30 September 2024: IN STOCK ON THE WEBSITE (24 October 2024).
g) Fight against Pine Processionary Insects.


The face value of all the stamps will be communicated at a later date.

Post Office Official First Day Covers of all the above issues will be released at the same time.
