2022 FIFA DÜNYA KUPASI - KATAR / WORLD CUP - QATAR

Qatar is preparing to make history by hosting the first ever FIFA World Cup to be staged in the Middle East. It will be the smallest nation ever to host the global finals, allowing visitors to navigate the country with ease - and even plan for watching multiple matches on the same day.
Add to the mix traditional Arab hospitality, winter weather conditions ideal for watching and playing the matches indicates Qatar's World Cup promises to be one to savour.
More than 3,000 Turkish police will reinforce local security forces during the tournament. Qatar has also spent recent years constructing some of the most eco-friendly and architecturally advanced sporting facilities ever seen.
The 2022 World Cup began with 32 teams in eight groups of four:

Group A: Qatar, Ecuador, Senegal, Netherlands
Group B: England, Iran, USA, Wales
Group C: Argentina, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Poland
Group D: France, Australia, Denmark, Tunisia
Group E: Spain, Costa Rica, Germany, Japan
Group F: Belgium, Canada, Morocco, Croatia
Group G: Brazil, Serbia, Switzerland, Cameroon
Group H: Portugal, Ghana, Uruguay, South Korea

Stamps are available in sets of 2 stamps (MINT, CTO/USED) Full Sheets of 16 stamps (2 sheets per set) and on a single Post Office Offical FDC.
