Republic of Cyprus stamp issues programme for the year 2019.
The Cyprus Post Office released the following stamps in 2019:
On 12th February 2019:
"Carnival" - comprising 2 stamps.
and "The Refugee stamp reprint 2019"
On 28th March 2019:
"Centennial Trees"
On 24th April 2019
"100th Anniversary of the birth of late President Glafkos Klerides"
On 2nd May 2019:
"Europa 2019"
The common theme adopted by the European Postal Organization (POSTEUROP) is "National Birds"
On 9th July 2019:
"Common issue with countries of Euromed (Euromed Postal)" "Costumes in the Mediterranean"
"75th Anniversary of the International Civil Aviation Organization" - moved to 10th September 2019
"70th Anniversary of Council of Europe" - moved to 10th September 2019
and
"20th Anniversary of EMS DATAPOST" - moved to 10th September 2019
On 10th September 2019 - changed from 18th September 2019:
"Cyprus Gymnastic Associations" - issued on 9th July 2019 and
"150 years of the birth of Mahatma Gandhi"
Note: All issues released on 10 September 2019 with the exception of Mahatma Gandhi came under the combined name of "Anniversaries and Events"
On 14th November 2019:
"Christmas 2019" comprising 3 stamps. In addition three maximum cards will be released.
On the same date the Presentation Packs as well as the Special Albums 2019 should be released although from past experience we should advise these usually aren't issued until a several days later.
